Leaders of religious institutes recognize the need to plan for the retirement needs of their members but don’t always know how or where to begin.
This video series introduces 5 basic topics for building a comprehensive retirement plan, providing general information as a starting point for institutes of all sizes and types -- large and small, women and men, monastic and apostolic. Each session poses questions and offers points to consider for reflection and conversation among leadership teams, and for leaders to use with institute members and staff.
This series is funded through the Retirement Fund for Religious and is free for the use of leaders, members, staff, boards, and other stakeholders. Videos may be watched in any order and as often as you wish.
