Part 3 - Bishop Wack, Sharmane Adams, & Chris Benzinger

Bishop William Wack of the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee is joined by two members of his bishop's working group, Sharmane Adams and Chris Benzinger, to discuss the collaboration of the bishop with his lay leaders. One project discussed in detail, called, "rounding," developed by the working group, challenged the bishop to personally meet with all his diocesan priests to get to know them and their needs better. The bishop encourages his priests to practice rounding with their lay leaders to foster stronger relationships and teamwork with each other.
