In a letter to the U.S. House of Representatives, Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio and Mr. Sean Callahan, President of Catholic Relief Services, write to support, as a means of reaching out to the peripheries of our world and to serve the most vulnerable and neglected, the Global Fragility Act of 2019.
